Floral Preservation Terms and Conditions

ON DESIGN AND APPROVAL

- I understand that flowers will be pressed in the condition they are received. As such, if flowers arrived bruised or damaged, they are likely to show as bruised and/or damaged in my final preservation piece. If any of the flowers are not workable, Paper Daisy Florals may give me the choice to buy replacement blooms pending seasonable availability.

- I understand that during the preservation process flowers will fade and/or change color due to the flowers' nature. (for example: whites can turn shades of yellow, ivory and brown, while reds often turn purple.)

- I understand that while Paper Daisy Florals will do their best to incorporate all workable flowers, some flowers & elements of a bouquet can not be pressed and framed because of their thickness and the size of the frame.

- I understand that during the design process, I can request that the unused pressed elements of my bouquet be returned to me at an additional fee. If I do not request this option, my remaining pressed flowers and greenery will become the property of Paper Daisy Florals after completion of my piece. 

- I understand that Paper Daisy Florals does not work with all white bouquets of one flower (for example, a bouquet of solely white roses) unless given a written exception by the artist. 

- I understand that Paper Daisy Florals will communicate with me via the email address on the order. If the email address is wrong or needs to be updated, it is my responsibility to notify the team at paperdaisyflorals@gmail.com

 

ON SHIPPING MY FLOWERS

- I understand that I am responsible for shipping of the flowers to Paper Daisy Florals and any costs associated with shipping.

- I understand that if I ordered the shipping kit, I must notify Paper Daisy Florals 3 weeks prior to the event if I need to change the address or have the kit be sent out at an earlier date. Failure to do this will result in me not being refunded or sent a new kit.

- I understand that shipping instructions are given to help protect my flowers. I understand that failing to follow these instructions may result in damaged/wilted/bruised flowers that Paper Daisy Florals can deem unworkable. Paper Daisy Florals will do their best to give me options, be it to downsize my frame or change the style/layout to accommodate the flowers that are workable, or potentially purchase replacement blooms if seasonally available. If my flowers are unable to be salvaged they will be thrown away and my preservation order will be canceled and refunded. 

- I understand that if I send any vases, pins, ribbons or other items that may have been used in my bouquet they will not be returned to me. I will double check my flowers and remove any and all items from my bouquet/flowers prior to shipping if I would like to keep them. 

 

END PRESERVATION PRODUCT

- I understand that Paper Daisy Florals will send me a mock-up of my bouquet design before gluing the final product. I can request to change/tweak elements of the design up to 5 times before the product has to be finalized and moved onto shipping. Once I approve a design, I understand it will be glued down and cannot be changed.

- I understand that Paper Daisy Florals will send me stain options for my hardwood frame along with the mock-up of my design. I understand after choosing a stain, it may take up to 3 weeks to stain and fully cure my frame before it can be shipped.

- I understand that although Paper Daisy Florals carefully and diligently packages my preservation pieces with as much protection as possible, damage may occur during shipping. In the event that this occurs, I will leave the piece as is, send Paper Daisy Florals photos via email right away, and then reseal the box. 

- I understand and agree to the refund and cancellation policy as stated below.

 

PRESERVATION SHIPPING POLICY

Sending flowers through the mail is an art! We are happy to answer any and all questions to help you get your bouquet to us in as good a condition as possible. After you place your order you will receive a tutorial on how to properly send your flowers to us. The cost of shipping your fresh flowers to our studio will be covered by you unless you purchase our shipping kit 21 days in advance of your wedding. Shipping your flowers via overnight or 2-day shipping is imperative to having workable blooms. Failing to overnight or 2-day ship your flowers may result in a full refund if your blooms are not workable and are unable to be salvaged.  

If you are local to the Kistap County area in Washington state, please let us know before booking, and we can figure out a drop off & pick up option for you! 


PRESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY

If you request to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing, you will be refunded in full. After 48 hours there will be a 10% service fee withheld. If you would like to cancel your order after your flowers have arrived at our shop, a 20% service fee will be withheld from your refund - at that point we have already started the preservation process. If you would like your pressed flowers returned to you after cancelling, the 20% fee will still be withheld and you will be required to cover the cost of return shipping.

PRESERVATION RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our preservation products are custom! As such, we do not offer returns or refunds on them. Upon receiving your item, please inspect your item and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective or if you've received the wrong product so we can make it right. Make sure when Paper Daisy Florals reaches out after you’ve placed your order to include specific details of what you are wanting and expecting. You will have the chance to review a mock design of your layout and approve the final design before Paper Daisy Florals finishes your piece.

Bouquet recreation deposits are non-refundable.

Please note: the cost of shipping your flowers to us is fully covered by you and cannot be refunded by Paper Daisy Florals.
